Foreword
There is a saying that goes “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” That is true. We believe students can pursue their dreams through discovering their own abilities and thereby achieving their ultimate targets through education.
 

In the past 18 years, we have devoted ourselves to excelling in teaching methods by developing and applying fresh initiatives inside, and outside of the classroom through stimulating students’ diverse interests. We do hope to enliven the theories taught in class through creating an inspiring learning environment.

Vision
To excel as a quality education provider, the students are provided with conducive learning facilities and an“open-door“ privilege to communicate with the academicians on a direct-approach basis; promulgating exemplary discipline and foraging new frontiers.

Mission
The mission of Universal College of Higher Education is to provide local students with excellence in teaching quality in a stimulating learning environment, allowing them to effectively pursue knowledge and learning skills. Ultimately to be able to operate in a professional manner and contribute to the community (be it locally or internationally) as global citizens.
